About

Lynn’s interest in the human body, health, and well-being began in her teens and led her to a degree in human nutrition. After college, Lynn worked as an outdoor educator throughout the western U.S., Alaska, Mexico, and Southern Chile leading month-long expeditions backpacking, sea kayaking, and climbing. She was introduced to yoga in 1986 in the mountains of western Colorado and knew at that moment that yoga would be a part of daily life no matter where on this earth she was located. When it came to settling down and having a child, Lynn, her husband and son set sail in their 42’ sailboat for three years crossing to the South Pacific, New Zealand, Australia and returning to Oregon.  Upon returning to land, Lynn pursued a massage license and continued her yoga practice completing another 200-hour yoga teacher training. Lynn’s passion for continuing to learn about the human body and its intricacies has continued to develop over the years. She brings curiosity, presence and heart into each session, whether teaching yoga or doing massage.
